Our Story
Sabrosa is the brain child of a young couple from the West Midlands who have spent ALOT of time working and living in Spain. Not only have they brought their love of Spanish Cuisine, their love of Spanish Culture, but they have also brought what they consider to be the most authentic experience around.
In the Kitchen
The kitchen is headed up by one of the owners who has years of Spanish culinary experience, along with him, we have a small but dedicated team of chefs and back of house staff.
